Overview
Our Learn and Play SEN/SEND Holiday School is a specially designed program that provides a fun, supportive, and enriching environment for children aged 5-9 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEN/SEND) during school holidays. Combining educational activities with play-based learning, our sessions aim to: - Help children maintain academic progress. - Foster social skill development. - Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable space for all participants. Session Details Each session accommodates up to 8 participants. Children must be aged 5 - 9. Parents and carers are not permitted to stay during the session; this is a drop-off and pick-up service. We offer flexible booking options to suit your needs: - Hourly slots: Book 1- or 2-hour slots anytime between 10:00 and 15:00*. - Morning session: 10:00–13:00 (3 hours). - Afternoon session: 13:00–15:00 (2 hours). - Full day: 10:00–15:00 (5 hours). When booking your slot, please select your arrival time and the duration. Once selected, please ensure you select the correct payment duration for your booking. Location: All sessions are held at Oaklands School, Gresham Road, Hounslow, TW3 4BX. Our holiday school provides a welcoming and tailored experience to meet each child’s unique needs. We look forward to making their time off school both productive and enjoyable! Please note that no food will be provided; we recommend bringing snacks/a packed lunch.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: a. Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. b. If Client cancels or reschedules a session with less than 24 hours' notice, Client will be charged the full session fee. c. Tutor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with at least 24 hours' notice, without incurring any additional fees.
