Cancellation Policy
By booking a place on the "Autism Spectrum Condition: Understanding, Adapting, and Thriving" course, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Payment 1.1. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. 1.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. 1.3. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations and Refunds 2.1. Cancellations made by participants must be notified in writing via email. 2.2. Refunds will be issued as follows: More than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund. Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund. 2.3. In the event of course cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be provided. 3. Course Attendance 3.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend all sessions of the course. 3.2. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals to avoid disruption to the course. 4. Course Content and Materials 4.1. All course materials provided are for personal use only and must not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent. 4.2. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to course content to ensure the best learning experience. 5. Liability 5.1.
